I started using this product after 2 knee scopes and continued pain and swelling of my knee. I have arthritis and it seems my cartiledge shreds very easy. I am most likely looking at a knee replacement when I hit 50 but needed something to help with the pain until then. My doctor recommended this product and it seems to work well. By no means 100%, but if you want to know how much it does help just stop taking the product after you've been on it awhile and you will notice the difference. I would recommend this product to everyone in a simular situation that I am in.

When I passed 55 and first felt joint pain in my left thumb, I heard about glucosamine chondroitin from a friend and started to take a brand from a big box store. It worked for awhile, but later on the pill looked different. The formula must have changed and my thumb started to ache again. My husband attended a seminar in which CosaminDS was recommended.
